RELAXING HOLIDAYS NEAR THE BEACH, SEA VIEW, INTERNET WIFI, LARGE GARDEN.

• CHARGES included - water, electricity- up to 50 euros / week. Please know that since 2011, first year the house was rented, this amount (50 e.) has practically never been exceeded. The amount  has been calculated based on the average / normal consumption, and put into effect as a way to encourage renters to consume water and electricity in an environmentally way.

• CLEANING, included, made before your arrival,

• LINEN : If you cannot bring them, we can provide sheets, pillow cases, towels and dishtowels. We rent them to the local store. Sheets are included in the rental price. Pillow cases, towels and dishtowels come additional. If you want to order some items, we will send you first the rates of this local store.

• SAFETY DEPOSIT of 700 euros which will be returned within one week of the end of the stay,

• Payment by Bank transfert, or if you wish through PAYPAL,

• For two weeks stay, or longer, if requested, HOUSEKEEPING can be arranged DURING the rental period, for an additional charge.
